I skated in the streets of Atlanta, too poor to even get a job or own a car during the 80's...Reagan had busted the Air Traffic Controllers Union and the Democrats - lost in the Misery Index of the Carter Administration's off the charts prices and interest rates - were too beaten to care. One memory of a time that launched my own economic recovery was the doper's routine. Not unlike the routine of adolescents, dopers would "Scam" you, tell you what they knew you wanted to hear, leading you to believe that they were decent, could be trusted, were honest, honorable and respectful of your friendship, loyalty, commitment to them.
Then, having navigated the encounter that stood between them and getting what they wanted, they'd do the very thing that got them in trouble before. Stiffed, you'd suffer the most heartbroken disappointment. Not because they failed you, but because they squandered the opportunity you had given them. HAVING BLOWN IT, abusing your trust and failing to do the right thing, they would now have to re-start their lives elsewhere. Having "burned you and learned you" you must now refuse any of their future pleas for your indulgence. That's where Barak Obama is with me. The expression, "Under the Bus" didn't come from the man of integrity who proved me wrong and made good on his promises of all the things he asked Democrats to reject Hillary for because he brought virginal purity to elections. He cemented my outrage at his willingness to represent what I was looking at as something other than what I was seeing! Classic Doper. He's going to say what you want to hear because he's working for your approval. He is showing himself to be even more clueless than was obvious to me all along. He's going to appeal to your moral integrity as though to suspend sentence for a crime of theft by deception is the right thing to do. The same creep who dunns Sean Hannity and Fox News from thepulpit campaign podium, is going to cower in his comfort zone, utterly unwilling to just acknowledge what any good executive knows: The less I make it about ME and more about YOU, the more likely will be that you see the opportunity before you and get to mining your dreams. In Doper Land, there's always another fix. STATE OF THE UNION speeches are Obama's "Dope." The thrill exchanged with his media supporters has sustained and advanced his interests and he sees no reason to change a game plan that has never failed to deliver before...not for We The People, but for him and them. This manipulative "Pusher" traded cash in the form of campaign funds raked in from questionable sources, to the Editorial Boards of Daily Newspapers - teetering near oblivion, in return for their Bullshit Endorsements. He got it. Tonight, he offers Installment #3 Payment.

The work day I had put in, endeavoring to cope with my 1099 reports for my staff left me with little interest, zero energy and a quick 3 and out on the SOTU last night. Morning news says it was a snooze and - since that's where I was - I guess I put the time to better use. Where's the motivation to work sixteen hour days to start and grow a business when you know the Robert Gibbs of the world are set up to commandeer the press and prop up "the President" for the next two years focused NOT ON THE ISSUES THAT FACE THE COUNTRY but on his freaking re-election! Get Real, fans. The "All About Me" Candidate expects your undivided attention...as though sitting behind him on the podium makes up for the fact that Main Street is Walmart, Lowes and a couple gas stations.
